Key responsibilities

Operations Execution

• Responsible for the end-to-end file execution on time and on plan to support our customers success in a lean and cost-efficient manner

• Ensuring team adheres to the standard process and customer specific IOP’s and monitors respective KPI’s

• Standard processes – Implementation of standard processes and systems within the District and ensuring documentation is in place

Product Management

• Manage and improve the performance of the Service/Product in the Country

• Product profitability - Focus on maximize revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling and cost management

People Management

• Coach, motivate and build a high performing team. Lead by example, inspire and energize their team

Strategy/Product Management

• Identify market trends, opportunities and customer needs

• Own the execution of global initiatives and strategy within the Country

Carrier and Customer Relationship Management / Procurement

• Support the Area function in maintaining carrier relations

• Actively build strong relationships with customers

• Own customer experience

Pricing Management

• Country responsibility for all Air Freight Pricing activities incl. but not limited to Price setting

• Proven experience with Airfreight products within Logistics industry

• People Management experience

• Cross cultural awareness

• Excellent communication skills

• Analytical skills

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and in English, French is an advantage
