Become part of our new Team leader in Gent!

  • Fulltime (36 or 38 hours)

Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • You will lead, and motivate your store team, always in close cooperation with your Area Manager
  • You are responsible for the implementation of the sales & marketing activities
  • Active sales of our products, as well as customer advice and support in our stores/sales points
  • Responsibility for checkout and logistics processes
  • Recruiting, staff management and staff plans
  • You will ensure the implementation of the corporate culture and the constant development of the store team.


What you bring to the table:

  • You can approach people with confidence
  • Communication, commitment and power of initiative were born in your genes
  • You are an absolute team player and highly motivated to bring our company forward with your skills as well as your independent way of working.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch language - further language skills are an advantage
  • You are a role model and lead by example is not a foreign word for you
  • You have relevant professional experience in retail (e.g. Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Saleslead etc.)

Jouw taken bij waterdrop®:
  • Je leidt en motiveert je winkelteam, altijd in nauwe samenwerking met je Area Manager
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de sales & marketing activiteiten
  • Actieve verkoop van onze producten, evenals klantenadvies en ondersteuning in onze winkels/verkooppunten
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor kassa- en logistieke processen
  • Werving, personeelsbeheer en personeelsplannen
  • Je zorgt voor de implementatie van de bedrijfscultuur en de constante ontwikkeling van het winkelteam.
Wat wij van jou verwachten:
  • Je kunt mensen met vertrouwen benaderen
  • Communicatie, betrokkenheid en initiatief zitten in je genen
  • Je bent een absolute teamplayer en zeer gemotiveerd om ons bedrijf vooruit te stuwen met je vaardigheden en onafhankelijke manier van werken
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Vlaams - andere talenkennis is een pluspunt
  • Je bent een rolmodel en het goede voorbeeld geven is je niet vreemd
  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring in de detailhandel (bijv. filiaalmanager, assistent filiaalmanager, verkoopleider, etc.)
