About the role
You will be responsible for delivering new business through a targeted and focused approach to the Seminconductor market. In your responsibility you will define strategic customers and partners in the Semicon market from discovery to realization, driving the pipeline, realizing account strategies, and executing new business in line with strategic plans. You will work in close collaboration across business groups and cross-functionally to deliver credible opportunities for profitable growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Devise the Market Strategy, ensuring alignment and sign off with Business Groups
- Develop Value Proposition for defined Semicon growth areas and strategies together with Product Lines and Key-Stakeholders based on aligned growth strategy
- Propose and start feasibility studies in defined growth areas, to get evaluate growth potential, product requirement and generate input and reliable data for the business cases
- Manage profitable growth opportunities together with the Business Groups and relevant stakeholders
- Drive Pipeline Management cross-functionally to track progress and to address barriers and solutions to close new business.
- Manage with data, dashboards and dialogue with cross-functions, devise KPIs and ensure respective monitoring and progress with Rhythm and Rigor
- Build-up strategic partnerships with lead/ strategic customers in defined growth areas and working close together in a partnership, to create customer value in ways that would be difficult alone
- Monitor competitor environment and evaluate impact on our Growth Strategy
- Shape a specialized and powerful “squad” as Customer Engagement Team to execute strategies and plans (cross-functional and across Business Groups)
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in Engineering or International Business Management
- Many years experience across business development, in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrative and successful history of delivering targeted growth and pipeline goals
- Highly collaborative with proven experience influencing multiple business stakeholders and driving consensus around client centric strategies
- Resilient, with a track-record of deliverables and embedding necessary changes
- Cultural awareness and experience of the nuances of working for a global company
- Fluency in English; other European languages advantageous
- Flexibility to travel globally
