BarcoLabs is currently performing several experiments to understand how self-supervised training influences AI performance. Within this project your task is to pretrain AI models using self-supervision methodologies, fine tune on a downstream healthcare task and evaluate the performance in comparison with internal. You are responsible for proper data handling, training, and evaluating the models developed.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with Machine learning/ Artificial Intelligence, preferably on an image processing application
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning Frameworks (TensorFlow or Keras).
  • Have an open and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Are creative.
  • Have an analytical and methodical thinking and way of working.
  • Experience with common development tools such as git, docker, Jupyter notebooks.
