As a Production Manufacturing Operations staff, you will lead a team of technicians to provide cost-effective and efficient maintenance service that will ensure plant availability in delivering a secure supply of products to customers.
These Responsibilities Include Some Of The Following
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
- Develop teams in business improvement topics (training, mentoring, coaching)
- Lead, support and facilitate OE projects within the business unit
- Promote continuous improvement and OE tools (GPS, TIER, Leader Standard Work, PSS, 5S, etc...)
- Is responsible for the follow up of the Just Do IT process (implementation, promotion, KPI)
- Contribute actively to the OE network
- Develop and enhance a culture of excellence to do things in a simpler, leaner and faster
- Able to translate business needs into IT tools as required: i.e. generate automatic reports and KPI, create interfaces with SAP data, etc. to improve people and process performance
- SOP: Give support in the documentation process (author & reviewer)
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Education background and Experience:
- University degree (or solid experience with remarkable results)
- Knowledge in OE principles, tools and methodologies: Orange Belt or Green Belt certified is an asset
- Good understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes
- Languages: French native speaker and advanced English level are required
- Minimum experience: 4 years in operations in an industrial environment
- Experience in pharma/biotech in a business improvement role is highly desired
- IT: master analytical tools for data analysis (excel, SAP)

- Willing and able to work at all levels of the organization: across teams and management
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent teamwork, both in a hierarchical and matrix level

- Analytical skills: at ease managing large quantities of data
