What You Will Be Doing

The Supply Chain Process Improvement Expert will demonstrate expertise in developing, communicating and aligning processes and functions to Customer Fulfillment & Supply Chain Digital strategy. In this role, the candidate will utilize their experience, expertise and their ability to lead non-direct staff and partner SUEZ Water plants globally to drive customer fulfillment, material management and strategic network programs, and initiatives in a cross functional environment in dynamic teams to deliver business goals. The candidate is responsible for program and project definition and execution with moderate to high complexity.
  • Lead and own Digital transformation and Customer Fulfillment related activities and coordinate with cross functional teams
  • Being responsible for process re-design work, feasability testing, solution set-up in SAP system with IT team for customer fulfillment and planning process harmonization and automation projects
  • Serve as bridge between IT and business requirements – work on SAP usage alignement with business/customer need
  • Desing, test and implement material management, order management, customer fulfillment and planning process transformation/standardization/automation related process changes
  • Drive user adoption - ensure documentation, trainings and controll processes exist and drive related change management to ensure global process consistency
  • Use data visualization tools, drives analysis to set-up/maintain/control process adherence within teams
  • Lead analyst to define opportunities, project development to continuously improve customer fulfillment
  • Continuous improvement activities in the fields from order entry till invoicing process (customer service, material planning, production planning, logistics areas)
  • Take part in KPI implementation and definitions to support continuous improvement actions
  • Take part in gap analysis, process design, proof of concept testing – work on user acceptance tests and post-implementation support
  • SAP - SME function for planning area for ES Water plants
Required Education And Experience
  • SAP system knowledge – key user experience is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Logistics is preferred)
  • 5 years minimum experience in supply chain operation or manufacturing
  • Data-oriented mind-set
  • Strong customer and results oriented mindset
  • Strong planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Open communication
  • Change management and influencing skills
  • Initiative mindset , curiosity– challenge status quo
  • Ability to work from remote with different cultures and time-zones
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Project management experience
Desired Experience And Skills
  • Prior experience in PSI, Logistics, Customer Service, Planning is preferred
  • Black Belt Lean/Six Sigma training is preferred
  • Data warehouse reporting and data visualisation tools usage experience
  • System implementation experience
  • SAP MM, SD knowledge
