You will be collecting and manipulating C&A’s sustainability data using analytical tool (Excel, Power BI) and C&A applications to prepare reports related to C&A’s sustainability initiatives and strategy. Therefore, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and share analysis allowing to take better and more sustainable decisions.

Your Responsibilities At C&A
  • Participate in the data management processes across the Sustainability Team, including data collection, tagging and user management
  • Develop smooth and largely automated processes for the data owners and data approvers
  • Prepare accurate, engaging and actionable performance reports and presentations for management and colleagues as needed
  • Maintain documentation related to performance metrics, definition and calculation methodologies
  • Collaborate with IT to implement the necessary check and balances to ensure the accuracy and quality of data and reports
What We Expect Of You
  • You have between 1-3 year experience in business analytics and/or sustainability performance management
  • You have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular) and Office 365 applications, as well as practical usage of information and ERP systems from a user perspective
  • You know about analytical and data visualization tools and can use some of them (knowledge of Power BI is an asset). You can perform data preparation and cleansing with guidance
  • You know how to present clear data insights that colleagues can understand and use. Outstanding PowerPoint skills is an asset
  • You understand basic data issues and can check that the data and analysis look right. You understand the concept of data being fit for purpose
  • You love to work with numbers and graphs. You are curious and you want to understand the context of the data you are handling
  • You perform well in an environment of demanding temporary peaks on the delivery of reports
