As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, based in Waterloo. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory. You will design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract the best professionals, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

???? Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from A to Z, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Design and implement creative strategies to attract top talent through various platforms, tools, and events.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline that aligns with both current and future business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships within the engineering sector, including universities and professional networks.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner for Business Managers and the HR Lead.
  • Write engaging and impactful job descriptions that stand out in the market.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing, continuously exploring new recruitment trends and technologies.

???? Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an international or technical environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a strong asset.
