Your role

  • Coordinate and manage hiring requests in the EMEA region
  • Grow and coach a team for the assigned division/region
  • Lead by example through vision and TVH’s core values
  • Build strong relations with local leadership and work closely with HR Business Partners to oversee the execution of recruitment strategies that enable hiring of top talent for business-critical roles in a highly competitive market
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the business and the region
  • Initiate and bring new sourcing strategies to drive talent identification
  • Responsible for data accuracy in reporting and tracking of kpi’s
  • Own the candidate experience and ensure that candidates have a compelling experience throughout the whole application process
  • Coordinate recruiting firm relationships
  • Report to the Global Talent Acquisition Director
  • Work closely with your peers in the other regions
  • Ability to act as recruiter and manager at the same time
  • You will have the opportunity to travel from time to time and meet colleagues in other locations and participate in team events.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or Social Sciences or in another relevant field
  • Min. 5 years of recruitment experience within different countries in Europe, preferably in a corporate international environment
  • Strong organizational skills and positive can-do mentality
  • Team player
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Any other language is an asset
