What do we do?

Qualifio is a fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our platform is used by more than 275 brands and media companies across the world (L’Oréal, RTL, Media Markt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Paris Saint Germain, etc).

Qualifio enables them to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiencesvia creative interactive experiences (games, quiz, polls, …). An example is worth more than a thousand words, you’ll find the best campaigns of September 2021 in this blog article.*

We are in a very exciting period as recently we have launched a new product, an interaction-based loyalty platform.

The Job

As a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, you are in charge of finding and attracting the best talents to fuel Qualifio growth.

• You coach the hiring manager in defining the right job description
• You build a pipeline of quality candidates that fit our values and ensure close and qualitative follow-up.
• You’re working on our brand images in collaboration with Marketing. HR and Marketing team to boost Qualifio’s brand image.
• You build strong relationships with external sourcing companies to ensure access to a proper talent pool.

As a full part of the HR team, you will also support learning and development activities across the business, working with the team to ensure consistency and implementation of training, HR follow-ups and development based on Qualifio’s evolving needs.

Your responsibilities

At Qualifio, entrepreneurship and initiatives are appreciated and rewarded but you are never on your own. Empowerment is a key value for us. So you will have clear responsibilities:

• Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, technical/business case, reviews background check, etc.)
• Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
• Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
• Challenge, design, implement and renew the employee life journey with HR team and improve the candidate and employee experience

Your profile

• You have 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency, software company, SaaS)
• You are fluent in French and English
• You have outstanding presentation and communication skills
• You are open minded, extravert and like social interactions
• You are autonomous and result-oriented
• You are organised and you easily multitask! You have the ability to learn on the fly & quickly grasp complex technical concepts
• You are proactive, team player and eager to grow and grow the business as if it was your own
• You don’t hesitate to bring ideas and to implement them
