Scope

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you are accountable for designing, implementing, and managing globally the talent acquisition strategy to ensure critical and non-critical roles at EVS can be staffed.

Job Description

  • Define and implement the most effective and efficient sourcing solutions to meet business needs and support EVS growth.
  • Manage the full cycle of Talent Acquisition activities and candidate experience around the world by guiding candidates from initial contact through to onboarding
  • Interview candidates and coordinate with team leaders
  • Proactively identify key possible recruits in the market for strategically important roles
  • Organize and maintain recruitment-related administration
  • Automate activities if possible and administrate tools
  • Contribute to design EVS’ talent acquisition strategy
  • Establish and maintain EVS’ employer branding program, including developing new marketing propositions, implementing new trends in recruitment, nurturing close relationships with universities and schools throughout the world, creating attractive visibility in job fairs, ...

Profile

  • 10 years of professional experience including minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition management, either agency or in-house, on an international and competitive fast-paced IT market
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in the HR field
  • Analytical, resourceful, and meticulous with strong competitive market awareness
  • Creative, innovative, and thinking out of the box, shows initiatives
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
  • Excellent communication and conversational skills
  • High-stress resistance does not lose control under pressure
  • Fluent in French and English, ideally also in Dutch
