To strengthen the development of the Group, we are recruiting aTalent Acquisition Specialist for Business Managers and Business Partners.

Within the dedicated recruitment service, you will recruit the profiles that contribute to the growth of the Group: the Business Managers. Embodying Abylsen’s entrepreneurial DNA, the Business Managers occupy a central position between business development, recruitment and team / P&L management.

The strength of this role lies in:

- Its strategic position within the organization

In permanent contact with the Development Directors, they share with you their business challenges and their issues to help you identify the best candidates.

In addition to promoting your candidates to the operational staff, you will provide them with solutions that will enable them to develop their Business Unit thanks to your "advisory" approach.

- The content of your responsibilities

You will identify candidates through innovative sourcing: job boards and adverts, but most of all through the development of your personal network, the organisation of referral challenges, the screening of the internal teams, the development of relations with Management and Engineering schools…

You will implement and monitor the recruitment process with a personalised approach, via telephone pre-qualifications, motivational interviews, business roleplays and eventually behavioural assessments with dedicated tests.

Through integration assessments, you ensure the sustainability of your recruitments by being involved at each stage of the onboarding process.

Thus you play a decisive role, both for the internal clients with whom you work and for the new recruits that you accompany in their career at Abylsen.

You will be trained at every stage of the process by your manager and will regularly share your best practices with the other professionals of the team.

Your Profile

As a graduate of a business or HR school, you want a job that will make the most of your strong interest in human relations, your commercial temper (results-oriented culture and customer focus) and your willingness to take on challenges in a stimulating environment.

Since you will work in an international environment, it is necessary that you fluently speak English and Dutch.
