工作内容

What is the challenge?

You lead and manage the recruitment & selection process from A to Z. The target profiles are Tech Profiles ;
You identify and source appropriate talents for current open positions within the organization using job boards, Internet sourcing, social media and other channels ;
You are the primary contact point for all candidates and the internal organization ;
You build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling ;
You build up relevant talent pools through recurrent contacts with relevant talents ;

Who are you?

You have a proven experience with strategic and tactical recruitment in combination with labor market communication ;
You are at ease with IT / Tech Profiles ;
You have experience within a large organisation and with multiple stakeholders ;
You speak English, French and Dutch ;
You are an excellent communicator and strong team player ;
You are flexible, you don’t hesitate to leave your confort zone to help colleagues when needed.
