Join us in Brussels to share an adventure with a caring, passionate, young and dynamic team ! The « Talent Acquisition Specialist » role is a key position in ACENSI.

Reporting to your Manager, you will :

• Manage the publication of job offers • Implement a sourcing strategy

  • Select the best profiles on the various job boards
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via teams or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Send adequate tests to technical profiles
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Get involved in the IT community by participating in various networking and technology discovery events
  • Follow and manage the entire recruitment process of your candidates
  • Organization of business workshops

Your Profile :

You have a higher education or specialised training in Human Resources. You have good interpersonal skills, are fluent in English and French, are rigorous and motivated. Ideally, you have a first successful experience in recruitment.
