Talent Lead - Network & Wholesale Engineering

Your tasks as a Talent Lead Network & Wholesale Engineering :

• You attract and develop the necessary talent to deliver on our mission. You elevate your team’s output through on-the-job coaching and mentoring, competency development, broadening, training initiatives and more.
• You match recruitment needs with available resources through quarterly resource allocations and long-term strategic resource planning. You manage the relations with other business stakeholders (such as Team managers, Product owners, Talent leads, etc.) to understand the business needs and support cross tribe mobility.
• You strive for continuous improvement of our way of working.
• You’re able to discuss and defend the talent vision to relevant stakeholders. You’re a master in translating insights, knowledge into clear action plans and objectives towards your teams and stakeholders.
• You build and maintain a good relationship with our external partners and suppliers.
• Together with the other Talent Lead colleagues you help supporting our tribe with overall initiatives on talent sourcing, development, engagement, and wellbeing.

• You have a master’s degree or equivalent due to experience, and a passion for people.

• Languages: Solid knowledge of English is a must (both spoken and written). Native Dutch or French speaker is an asset.
