For our client, a US company with European headquarters in Halen, we are looking for a Tax Manager (m/f/x).

As Tax Manager, you report to the European Tax Director and have an important role to play in the Corporate Income Tax services to the businesses.

As a Tax Manager you are a true business advisor: :

• Conducting transfer pricing analyses for various business groups;

• Handling various tax compliance matters;

• Implementing Pillar II initiatives;

• Contributing to strategic projects aimed at enhancing legal and business structures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• You should possess a Master’s degree in Taxation or Finance and have 1 to 8 years of experience in the field;

• Experience with transfer pricing or corporate tax is an asset but not a must;

• We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a hands-on approach, and strong analytical abilities;

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
