You are focused on customers and you always make the customer the centre of your attentions. You are immune to stress and see problems as challenges that deserve the best possible solution. You are passionate about leading and guiding a team with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our customers.
You have excellent communication skills and you are able to adapt them to the situation. You hold IKEA values dear and are a role model for your team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You create trust in IKEA among our customers by guaranteeing a positive store experience before, during and after their purchase. You constantly monitor customers’ feedback through the different channels in order to anticipate on potential hindrances, put solutions in place and improve the total shopping experience. You listen to customers and draw on your knowledge to offer solutions and make decisions. You optimise the workflow for shopping tools, childcare and welcome at the store entrance. You motivate, inspire and engage your team to achieve the targets set. You also ensure accurate and SMART staff planning in order to offer high quality of customer service levels

We’re a diverse team that work together to ensure a positive and joyful experience for all IKEA visitors and customers: we set up services, gather feedback and make things right!
