Organisation and daily management of the CS team in Deurne (HQ) and Brucargo

(Brussels)
  • First point of contact with CS, support of the CS team (file coordination)
  • First point of contact for CS escalations (in consultation with Operations / Sales / Pricing)
  • Back-up planning
  • Give recommendations towards the Benelux Manager

  • Professional follow up and coordination of files.
  • Proactively seek solutions to problems that may arise during the execution of assignments.
  • Ensure good contacts with clients, complaints, transporters and other external and internal
  • stakeholders.
