Description of the function

Responsabilities

Lead a production team and ensure optimal production processes

  • You are accountable for the achievement of the objectives of performance, SHE, level of service, quality of manufactured products, cost reductions and people management.
  • You contribute to the execution and coordination of operational activities such as teams planning and leadership, operating machines, production and packaging.
  • You are the contact person in case of technical problems and are able to make decisions to maintain production capacity.
  • You are the link between your teams and the other departments and ensure that safety rules and procedures are strictly followed.
  • You support and encourage your teams through evaluations, meeting and guidance.
  • In this role of Teamleader, you are responsible for encoding and reporting data relating to numbers, stops, equipment, etc..

Problem solver and swift learner with outstanding leadership skills

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor degree in a technical or scientific field.
  • At least 8 years experience of team management in an industrial context.
  • You have a very good knowledge of French and English, knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
  • You are ready to work in 3 rotating shifts.

  • Solid communications skills, you have a way with people.
