工作内容

We are currently looking for a Teamlead Production ’Fresh Meat’.

The role includes taking the responsibility over an existing team of professional butchers.

The TL will also assume responsibilities in Safety and Quality, and will be assisting the operations manager on a daily basis. This includes both operational and administrative tasks:

  • staff planning
  • production planning
  • follow - up of checklists
  • supplier ordering
  • ...

The candidate preferably has a background in a foodproduction environment and has some experience in managing a team. Also some experience in using an ERP-system or foodproduction software is required.

He/she speaks both dutch and english, polish would be an asset.
