What You’ll Do

The job has a double layer as you are part of the Projectcare-Profiles team, on one hand involved in large projects, and on the other one supporting our customers for made to measure profiles and customized products.

Profiles Part
  • Prepare quotation and drawing for made to measure profiles and share them with our customers.
  • Offering technical support regarding made to measure profiles or usage of profile configurator by mail/telephone.
  • Centralized contact for questions from our branches in France, Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland regarding profiles.
Projectcare Part
  • Assist in large projects with external sales in direct contact with the architect/designer/end customer.
  • Prepare complete proposal for large projects, offer product assistance and provide technical support.
  • Ensure close follow up for the projects you are working on from quotation up to the order.
  • Examen requests for customized products and support our sales and customers to find the right solution.
What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. Therefore, you should bring:
  • Technical background. Experience in lighting design is a plus.
  • AutoCAD experience mandatory for profile drawings.
  • Team-player mentality. Good commercial feeling, as you will be dealing with partners, installers, architects, etc.
  • Fluency in Dutch mandatory. Good command of English. French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is a plus.
