Apart from delivering new and innovative functionalities, the maintenance and operations of these applications and processes are equally important. We want to make sure our offering works in a stable, smooth and frictionless manner.
This job offer involves an operational assignment in the team. Our Deals is a platform on which our entrepreneurs can offer cashbacks to our customers. Our (retail) customers can enjoy interesting discounts by paying with their account or credit card.
What do we expect from you?
This assignment is about maintaining the day to day operations of our deals.
We expect you to :
- Keeping an eye on our Deals application, making sure everything works as expected
- Help configuring up new Deals in the system
- Provide 2nd line support of the Deals application.
You’re the single point of contact of our Deals and you’re making sure customer questions are handled quickly and accurately.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting an existing application and everything that revolves around it from a business point of view.
- You can relate to our customers, and you’re making sure their needs are put first
- You enjoy working independently and at the same time like being part of a team
- You can communicate in English, both in written and oral communication
- Training is ‘on the job’, depending on your previous experience.
