Technology Expert (QlikSense & SAP)

We currently have a vacancy for a Technology Expert (QlikSense & SAP) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the project team that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Design and development of reporting applications;
• Creation and maintenance of a data warehouse;
• Gathering, analysis and documentation of business requirements following the standards and methodologies
• Development of data mining solutions;
• Experience with ETL processes, Data modelling, Database design, Database performance analysis;
• Elaboration of test programs and assistance with deployment and configuration of the system;
• Participation in database programming (ORACLE 11g and above);
• Production of all the required technical documentation following the standards and methodologies;
• Creation of Prototypes;
• Integration of IT systems with other applications/subsystems;
• Assisting with providing training to the end-users of the system;
• Formulation/elaboration/execution of test cases/programs.

Requirements

• University degree combined with at least 7 years of professional experience in IT sector;

• Very good knowledge of QlikSense and SAP Business Objects 4.3 (Reports, universes, Webi, Information Design Tool, Central Management Console, Business Objects SDK etc.);
• Very good knowledge of SQL and/or PL/SQL programming;
• Good knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL tools and data warehouse architecture;
• Very good knowledge of relational database management systems preferably Oracle 11 and above;
• Knowledge of ATLASSIAN JIRA software;
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment;
• Excellent command of the English language.
