We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Teamleader to join our team. As the Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team dedicated to acquiring new clients through effective telesales strategies. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by expanding our customer base and increasing sales.

He/she will be in charge of:

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to a team of Telesales representatives.
  • Set clear performance targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge.

New Client Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute an effective Telesales strategy to acquire new clients.
  • Identify and evaluate potential target markets and industries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and scripts to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust the strategy accordingly.

Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion rates to evaluate the team’s performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the customer retention team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from acquisition to customer success.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in telesales and customer acquisition.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in Telesales management, preferably in a B2B environment. - Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team of Telesales representatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Languages required:
  • highly proficient in Dutch and/or French with at least good understanding of Dutch or French + a solid foundation in English
