Key Responsibilities

  • Should have strong test management skills.
  • Should have track record of delivering large SAP integration projects.
  • Should coordinate with various teams and act as an one point of contact for the client to address any delivery challenges.
  • Act as R3 test delivery lead, one point of contact for client to address any delivery challenges.
  • Test Manager should engage in discussions with client PMO, IT leads understanding R3 project scope, testing opportunities, time lines
  • Showcasing Cognizant’s capabilities in testing, making a strategy for all testing needs
  • Resource loading as per RL sheet
  • Provide guidance and leadership to Cognizant QA resources at onsite and offshore, attend regular cadence meetings, review, track progress, deal with client escalations.
  • Participate in client PMO meeting, work alongside client’s QA teams, interact and collaborate with vendors like DMR, Dev, SOX, TAX etc.,
  • Close involvement with release management team, automation team, cutover team
