工作内容

As a traffic coordinator this position will perform responsibilities of managing and analyzing daily transportation for incoming & outgoing service parts deliveries to customers and other company facilities. This position will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating service provider performance periodically, providing steady logistics services at the lowest cost level to meet customers’ requirements.Your Responsibilities As a Traffic Coordinator
  • Enter into and extract data from the company tracking system
  • Communicate in case of discrepancy between service provider data input and the company tracking system
  • Generate reports and analysis in Excel and Power BI
  • Work closely with broker, forwarder and carrier for daily inbound and outbound shipments, track their service to measure their performance
  • Maintain a good working relationship with service providers and team members
  • You are also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by the company management from time to time
WAT ZOEKEN WE?
  • College degree or above
  • Two years’ logistics working experience, experience of bonded goods management or handbook of processing trade is a plus
  • Attend to detail and work very accurate
  • High problem-solving skills are required
  • Work independently and able to cope with high pressure
  • Maintain a good relationship with internal and external cross-function teams
  • Good oral and writing in English
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
