Position Overview

The training coordinator role is to support Legend’s CAR-T Manufacturing site at Ghent.

The training coordinator will provide a variety of administrative and planning support for the training team.

This individual will partner with the training team members and cross functional departments to make the detailed training planning. This individual will support organization build and ramp-up of clinical production and facility approval of a state of the art cell therapy for commercial launch and sustained production.

Major Responsibilities

  • Planning/coordinating of the bi-monthly onboarding program
  • Oversees the onboarding program
  • Takes initiatives to improve current processes regarding onboarding and trainings
  • Planning/coordinating of different external trainings
  • Planning/coordinating and organizing all trainings for the training department
  • Support the material responsible of the training team in ordering and tracking of materials and consumables
  • Assists with compilation of data from training sources, organize the data in formats to facilitate analysis and presentation (e.g. training metrics)
  • Other duties may assigned as needed

Education:

A minimum of high school degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative/planning support related experience
  • Large, matrix environment experience preferred

Capabilities, Knowledge, and skills:

  • Strong administrative support and planning knowledge
  • Self-motivated, with initiative and the ability to take ownership of, and follow through with, specific tasks
  • Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly as needed while working under challenging/changing deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
