We are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing & Tax Senior Analyst EMEA to join our EMEA Tax team. In this role you will be focusing on front to end areas of Transfer Pricing within the organization (including compliance & documentation) and increasingly gaining exposure to more strategic Transfer Pricing projects. The role will include activities such as EMEA/Global Transfer Pricing documentation, optimizing supply chain transformations, audits support and quarterly margin reviews. You will be reporting to the EMEA Transfer Pricing Manager. This role is hybrid, and candidates could be based in Brussels, Belgium or Dublin, Ireland.

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Coordinate and review timely preparation of EMEA transfer pricing documentation ensuring compliance with latest OECD/ local country guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth research, functional and technical analysis, and contribute to development and implementation of the global transfer pricing strategy with a view towards optimizing the Company’s transfer pricing vis-a-vis (a) transactions; (b) operations; (c) mergers, acquisitions, & dispositions; and (d) other areas with significant transfer pricing consequences.
  • Review and analyze intercompany transfer pricing results, including identifying any necessary adjustments and effective implementation.
  • Analyze Transfer Pricing processes to eliminate inefficiencies, mitigate risk, and ensure best practices.
  • Assist with transfer pricing audits.
What are the requirements?
  • 3+ years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Fluent knowledge of English
What would be ideal?
  • Additional experience in direct corporate tax is a bonus
  • Interest to work in an international environment
  • Attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time, and a willingness to take ownership over assigned tasks
