  • You optimize the combinations and/or routings of the transport orders, taking into account the wishes of the customer.
  • Realizing cost-conscious pre-planning
  • Handling remarks/problems on a continuous basis and accurately processing them in the software application.
  • Administration
  • You ensure smooth and correct communication with team members, other departments and third parties.
Working hoursChanging every week between: week 1: 8h00-16h06 and week 2: 10h00-18h06.Able to do on-call duty in due course (in the evenings and weekends in rotation with colleagues)LocationBaron De Maerelaan, ZeebruggeYour profileYou have the following qualities:
  • Bachelor level of thinking or equated with experience
  • Demonstrable work experience within the transport market or knowledge of the transport sector
  • Dutch and English written and spoken; basic knowledge of French, notions of Italian is a plus
  • Geographical knowledge of Europe
  • Result-oriented, team player
  • Organizational ability
  • Good knowledge of excel
  • Smooth communicator
  • Prioritizing and anticipating
  • Positive critical attitude, accurate, stress resistant, cost conscious
