General Position Overview:

Reporting to the AWM Business Unit Director, you will coordinate the actions necessary to achieve the objectives of developing and launching new products as well as improving the existing ranges and the associated turnover. You will be the key player in the strategy of the AWC range in the City and Hospital networks. As such, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of your ranges

Responsibilities:

• Development, execution, and monitoring of annual marketing plans related to the product line in line with the given spending budget
• Competitive intelligence and analysis of the French market evolution
• Identify customer needs and define opportunities to develop new products and improve existing products in order to achieve sales and profit objectives
• Elaboration of business plans to respond to commercial opportunities
• Launch new products based on input from Global
• Regular reporting to management, EMEA, and GLOBAL teams
• Participation in meetings planned by EMEA and GLOBAL
• Monitoring of product availability, sales forecasts, management of out-of-stock items or quality issues
• Close collaboration with all head office functions (Regulatory and Legal, Logistics, Customer Service, Bidding, Key Accounts, BtoB, Finance, ... ) to ensure that the sales and after-sales cycle correspond to the customers’ needs.
• Analysis and consolidation of the results of the range of products entrusted
• Daily animation and during internal seminars of the sales network in collaboration with the sales managers
• Technical and commercial support of the products with the creation and updating of marketing and promotional tools to help sales
• Training and evaluation of the skills of the field teams or the head office functions.
• Preparation and follow-up of external events (conferences, events) in collaboration with the communication and professional education departments
• Regular contacts with opinion leaders and a selection of important clients during specific visits or presence in the field
• Follow-up and animation of various commercial partnerships: sales providers, co-promotion partnerships, etc.
  
  

Academic background/Education :

• Diplomas/Certificates: Business or marketing school
• Experience: 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Creativity, Rigor, Excellent written & verbal communication skills: Capacity of argumentation and conviction,
• Autonomy: Capacity work with minimum supervision

• Professional proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) in Dutch, French and English

Présentation générale du poste :

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de Business Unit AWM, vous coordonnez les actions nécessaires afin d’atteindre les objectifs de développement et de lancement de nouveaux produits ainsi que l’amélioration des gammes existantes et du chiffre d’affaire associé. Vous êtes l’acteur/actrice clef de la stratégie de la gamme AWC sur les réseaux Ville et Hôpital. En tant que tel, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne et de la performance de vos gammes

Responsabilités :

• Elaboration, exécution et suivi des plans marketing annuels liés à la gamme de produits en adéquation avec le budget de dépenses donné
• Veille concurrentielle et analyse des évolutions du marché français
• Identification des besoins clients et définition des opportunités de développement de nouveaux produits et d’amélioration des produits existants afin d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de profit
• Elaboration de business plans pour répondre à des opportunités commerciales
• Lancement des nouveaux produits de la gamme sur la base des éléments fournis par le Global
• Reportings réguliers auprès de la direction et des équipes EMEA et GLOBAL
• Participation aux réunions de travail planifiées par le EMEA et le GLOBAL
• Suivi de la disponibilité des produits, prévisions de vente, gestion des ruptures ou des problèmes qualité
• Collaboration étroite avec toutes les fonctions siège (Règlementaire et Légal, Logistique, Service client, Service Appel d’Offre, Grands Comptes, BtoB, Finance, … ) pour s’assurer que le cycle de vente et SAV correspondent aux besoins des clients.
• Analyse et consolidation des résultats de la gamme de produits confiés
• Animation quotidienne et lors des séminaires internes du réseau commercial en collaboration avec les managers des ventes
• Support technique et commercial des produits avec la création et la mise à jour des outils marketing et promotionnels d’aide à la vente
• Formation et évaluation des compétences des équipes terrain ou des fonctions siège.
• Préparation et suivi des évènements externes (congrès, événements) en collaboration avec les services de communication et de professional education
• Contacts réguliers avec les leaders d’opinion et une sélection de clients importants lors de visites spécifiques ou présence sur le terrain
• Suivi et animation des divers partenariats commerciaux : prestataires de vente, partenariats de co-promotion, etc
  
  

Parcours académique/Éducation :

• Diplôme d’études supérieures de type Ecole de Commerce ou en Marketing
• Expérience de 3 ans au minimum dans une fonction similaire, de préférence dans l’industrie pharmaceutique
• Créativité, Rigueur, Sens de l’écoute et excellentes Qualités relationnelles,
• Capacité d’argumentation et de conviction,
• Autonomie

• Excellente compétence professionnelle en anglais, néerlandais, français (Lu, parlé, écrit)
  
  

Déplacements à prévoir en France et à l’étranger 10 %
