工作内容

We are looking for a skilled engineer to oversee the validation and compliance of newly developed elastomer-based components. This role focuses on ensuring dimensional accuracy, surface properties, and treatment processes meet strict industry and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine measurement techniques, including capability assessments and validation studies.
  • Design and lead experiments (DOE) to optimize product performance.
  • Coordinate and execute measurement activities throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze and interpret statistical data to support decision-making.
  • Document findings and generate reports for internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a key liaison for technical discussions with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to drive successful outcomes.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in engineering or a related technical field, with expertise in product development and measurement techniques.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality control, validation, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods (Green Belt level or higher preferred).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Dutch/Flemish is an asset.
