As recognized installation company, TotalEnergies Solutions Belgium installs photovoltaic solar panels, batteries and electric vehicle charging solutions. It offers its solutions to residential as well as professional customers. In the context of its fast growth, TotalEnergies Solutions Belgium is looking for a young graduate to scale up its supply chain processes.

As a Supply Chain Officer (m/f), you will support the Operation Manager to complete key activities:
  • Planning of installation teams and technicians;
  • Anticipation of needs of technical capacity & skills;
  • Procurement of materials: panels, inverters, batteries, EV chargers and all related installation materials: the right material at the right time at the best price;
  • Costing of projects: determination of costs and margins of installed projects (ex ante – ex post);
  • Logistics: coordination of deliveries, stocks & orders to ensure projects are smoothly delivered;
  • Calculation and reporting of KPI’s.
You will also help in the transformation of the company:
  • By implementing a new supply chain model ( a.o. new IT system, new processes, new partners, new operating models…);
  • By leading continuous improvement initiatives;
  • By delivering Ad-hoc analyses on specific topics.
Key success factors of this role include hands-on approach, analytical skills, appetite to learn and good interpersonal skills.

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.

Candidate profile

Expected Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Engineering

Technical Skills

Ability to improve processes

Ability to identify cost reductions while maintaining quality

Ability to control incoming and outgoing stocks

Computing Skills

Knowledge of Pack Office (Excel)

Knowledge of Power BI and exact online is a plus.

Languages

English: level C1

French: level C1

Dutch is a plus.
