- Wanted: Full-Time HR Manager (Transport and Construction)
Are you a driven HR professional with expertise in both soft and hard HR? Do you have experience in the transport and construction sectors and are ready to play a key role in shaping our HR policies? If so, we are looking for you!
- What will you do?
Manage and optimize HR policies within the transport and construction sectors.
Coordinate recruitment & selection, onboarding, and talent development.
Implement and oversee payroll, contract management, and labor law compliance.
Advise and support management and employees on HR-related matters.
- What do you bring?
Experience in both soft and hard HR, preferably within transport and/or construction.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and sector-specific regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive and people-oriented approach.
