To strengthen our NIKO Leadership Team, we are looking for a

VP Product Management

As VP Product Management at NIKO you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our overall products & solutions master plan, in line with the company’s overall strategy. You translate this master plan on “where to play and how to win”, in concrete action plans and annual budgets.

Based on adequate market & customer research, you and your team will bring our products & digital solutions to international markets, with the right value proposition, through the most effective delivery channels, guided by attractive pricing, packaging and messaging.

As an evangelist for our products, you inspire your team to strive for the next generation of products & digital solutions and with thought leadership and business knowledge you guide them towards successful market launches, starting from solid business cases and user needs.

You ensure that your team always operates according to NIKO’s high quality standards, and within our objectives for sustainable development and reduction of our ecological footprint.

With your sense of ownership and your ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally,

you play a leading role in the further growth of our innovative company.

Within NIKO, your team should be known for :

• the excellent go-to-market streaming of our new products & solutions;
• the monitoring of all product life cycles on our different international markets;
• the translation of market opportunities in a spot-on set of product specifications;
• the way they keep the company up-to-date with market trends and competition;

• the effective training and functional support to sales and customer services teams;

In order to be successful, we think you must meet following profile requirements :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a director’s role for product management in an international tech company;
• Proven expertise with recurring revenue business models for digital solutions;
• Seasoned leadership to motivate people and develop high performing teams;
• Combining critical thinking & analytical approach with a pragmatic problem-solver mentality;
• Personal eagerness to continuously anticipate on market evolutions, technological trends and changing customer needs;
• Always encouraging innovation and challenging traditional views;
• Team player with great connection and communication skills;
• Full professional proficiency in English/French/Dutch.
