Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of fashion? LolaLiza is a 100% Belgian fashion company, and due to our ambitious plans, we’re looking for a Wholesale Assistant!

As a Wholesale Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Wholesale team. With your organizational skills and eye for detail, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so our customers receive the latest fashion trends on time.

What will you be doing?

  • Carefully preparing and processing orders to ensure everything goes out on time.
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and keeping client information up to date.
  • Coordinating deliveries and diligently following up on appointments.
  • Maintaining regular contact with our clients, keeping them informed on their orders.
  • Addressing customer complaints or issues with a solution-focused approach.
  • Collaborating with various departments to guarantee a great customer experience and smooth workflow.
  • Invoicing of all sales/collaborations
  • Preparing sales reports and analyses to provide insights for our team.
What are we looking for in you?

  • A bachelor’s degree and experience in an administrative/sales support role.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A proactive work attitude, and you thrive in a team environment.
