Job Description:

The Engineer will be part of the Secure Workplace team that deploys, operates and supports SCCM/Microsoft Intune/Mobile Iron/Workspace One environments for customers.

Task sequences, driver packages, applications, software update management and compliance management are his daily workareas, ensuring a quality deployment of a Windows 10 based workplace and daily management of mobile device management on a secure IOS or Android environment.

1. Operational management, configuration, updating and troubleshooting of a SCCM CB environment

2. SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) - driver packaging/management

3. Application and Package Management

4. Monthly software update management follow-up and tecnical assistance

5. Compliance settings management

6. Interaction with customers & powerusers as 3rd line support

7. Be prepared to step in 24/7 customer support

8. Configuration management IOS and Android

9. Project management (develop-build-deploy)

10. Working with Endpoint manager/Microsoft Intune

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager. Notions of MDT are welcome
  • Extensive experience in OS deployment with a focus on driver- and tasksequence management
  • Extensive experience in application packaging
  • PowerShell is your friend
  • Experience with Windows desktop management, up until and inclusing Windows 10
  • Experience with Mobile Device management, Microsoft Intune, Mobile Iron and Workspace One (Airwatch)
  • Talking knowledge about modern workplace, Office 365 and Microsoft 365 are a definite plus
  • Knowledge Microsoft Intune
  • Certificates Microsoft Azure

Languages:

  • Very good knowledge of Dutch and English (written and oral), knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Working location/hours: Evere/Office hours
