Description

4GL Developer

Responsibilities :

Developer in charge of validation and/or mapping libraries using 4GL tools, specifically SWIFT Translator.

Support the squad by performing translation and validation for the relevant MIs/backlog items
Produce or contribute to technical specifications
Interpret, document and implement translation rules using SWIFT Translator from the relevant mapping specifications
Design and execute unit/development testing and conduct or support business testing
Support customers and internal stakeholders, including Professional Services developers, through operational 3rd line support and best practice use of SWIFT Translator
Good working knowledge of dependency management, source code and version control tools such as Maven, GIT, Bit Bucket
Good working knowledge of Java and familiarity with IDE, specifically Intelli

Profile :

Master degree or Bachelor, specialization in information technology, engineering or mathematics.
Good English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Understand data formats and financial message standards such as ISO 15022, ISO 20022, EDI X12, FpML XML, JSON, Fixed Width Formats (e.g. US ACH), FEDWIRE, CHIPS, IDOC
Understand SWIFTNet and messaging channels
Understand data translation/mapping with experience of data mapping tools
Advanced user of JIRA, Confluence, Excel
Contribute as a team member to the sprint ceremonies and refinement of JIRA stories
Operate and track progress through JIRA project and boards
