What is the project about?
We’re looking for an experienced Functional analyst to support the development of our future customer interactions. Our senior Software analysts go further than purely functional analysis, but design the course of our Digital development. From understanding business needs to defining the functional flows, highlighting dependencies and monitoring implementations, our ideal candidate is an analytical and critical thinker, expert team communicator and independent analyst. They should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of the best possible customer experience in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Our analysts are in the midst of the action when it comes to the digital developments. They play a key role in translating our customer experience vision into stories ready to build. With commitment to innovation and customer centric solutions, it’s our functional analysts who shape and guide the implementation of our strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Determine and develop functional requirements for systems in production such as; Customer Self-service portal, Customer Care Center (voice, written care & social media)
  • Using technology, such as: Adobe Experience Manager, Pega Engagement Platform
  • Partner with your product owner and other stakeholders to translate business demands into (technical) requirements
  • Develop a vision for the applications under your management and guard it throughout the E2E implementation
  • Understand the customer’s need and guard best practices in the customer’s journey
  • Ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria are in place for development planning

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in functional analysis for digital, customer-facing solutions and custom software development
  • Practical experience generating functional documentation
  • Experience with (REST) API’s and data mapping
  • Proficiency with UML and technical writing
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira
  • Experience within the Telecommunications sector is a plus
  • Experience with Agile ways of working in an iterative model is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
