For our Schneider Electric SAdivision, we are looking for Account Manager for the Infra & Water – Wastewater segmentwho works for the region of Belgium, based in Uccle, Belgium.

Your meaningful purpose

We are looking for an Account Manager for the Infra & Water – Wastewater segment, motivated to contribute to the growth of Schneider Electric. You report to the Sales Manager Industry Belgium.

As Account Manager you work independently and achieve your goals and objectives as a team. You will be supported by the technical expertise of the organization.

You will act at the strategic level (from the work floor to the C level) and you will participate as a leader in the development of complex proposals with a concrete value proposition in order to grow the business mainly with end customers in Infra & Water – Wastewater and associated System Integrators.

You feel comfortable in a stimulating and diverse work environment with a pragmatic mindset and customer oriented.

Your daily task and responsibilities

  • Write and execute the business planand achieve sales objectives.
  • Write the account planfor strategic customers in collaboration with the other BUs.
  • The development of new activitiesand the closing of orders in the industrial segment of Infra & Water - Wastewater.
  • The application of the solution selling approach and the creationof the value propositionsfor Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services.
  • Close collaboration with our partnersin order to maximize our chances of success in the segment.
  • Close collaboration with Marketingin order to promote Schneider EcoStruxure solutions in Belgium through Infra & Water – Wastewater.
  • Prepare and conduct contract negotiations.
  • Close collaboration with the various Business Unitsof Schneider Electric based on an account and project strategy.
  • Close collaboration with the Cybersecurityteam to further develop solutions and services in the segment.
  • Business development of the softwareportfolio (AVEVA)in the field of AR/AI, Data Analytics, Reporting, Scada.

Qualifications

Who you are?

Your education and experience

  • A bachelor’s / master’s degree completed in process automation / electrical engineering.
  • Experience in closing complex solution-oriented agreements and understanding internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Strong business communication skills: from work floor to C level. In addition, you demonstrate good presentation skills.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of work experience in a similar function.
  • You are able to function in a different environment on a daily basis.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, written and spoken.
  • Affinity in selling software is a plus.
