Job Summary

You are part of NHV’s Finance team and support the accountants in administrative processes and invoice posting. Your objective is to ensure timely and accurate administrative and accounting processes.

Respons. & areas

  • Process incoming invoices and credit memo’s on a daily basis compliant with internal procedures
  • Manage approval flows
  • Vendor open items management and bank posting
  • Customer open items management
  • Prepare payment proposals
  • Phone and mail communication with world-wide suppliers regarding administrative issues

Experience

  • Degree in accounting (bachelor/graduate/ hbo5) or similar through experience

Skills

  • Knowledge of VAT-legislation is a plus
  • PC literate: fluent and eager to learn software applications
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Commitment to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Languages:
  • English
