Mobile Outfitters Benelux is expanding this innovative concept in collaboration with strong partners such as Krefel, Proximus, Samsung, Blooo, and Cash Converters.

Working closely with our headquarters in Philadelphia, we evolve daily with a dynamic product in a fast-changing market.

Your Mission

As part of our growth, we are looking for a bilingual (NL/FR) Account Manager – Sales & Training to strengthen our team. This role supports the commercial momentum of our business and allows the Commercial Director to focus on strategic challenges and key field operations.

You will also provide operational support to the technical and logistics teams, enabling them to focus fully on their areas of expertise.

That’s why we are looking for a business-minded, independent, and energetic professional.

Your Role Is Twofold

  • Commercial Development: Actively seeking new clients, closing sales, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Training and Coaching: Providing commercial training to new partners, supporting existing clients, and improving their performance.

Your Responsibilities

1. Commercial Development

  • Active prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, trade shows, etc.)
  • Identifying sales opportunities, convincing decision-makers, and leading negotiations to the signing phase
  • Reactivating and retaining existing customers

2. Training and Coaching

  • Delivering commercial training (product knowledge, sales techniques)
  • Field coaching at new points of sale
  • Post-training follow-up to ensure skill development and maximize impact in the field

3. Monitoring and Analysis

  • Analyzing customer performance
  • Detecting issues and proactively proposing corrective actions and improvement plans
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize results

Your Profile

Key Competencies

  • Strong commercial background with 3 to 8 years of B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in retail (hunter mentality)
  • Experience in training, onboarding, or coaching is a plus
  • Bilingual Dutch/French, able to deliver training in both languages
  • Professional appearance and persuasive communication, both with independent business owners and corporate decision-makers
  • Natural charisma and ability to gain buy-in
  • Independent, proactive, and strong in planning and field follow-up
  • Retail knowledge and experience in selling products (telecom, consumer electronics, franchising environment)
  • Flexible working hours and able to adapt to operational needs
  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but personality and attitude matter more than the diploma

Bonus Points

  • Affinity with technology (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-growing SME (scale-up)
  • Understanding of franchise or independent business models
  • Experience and a network in the retail sector is a plus (e.g. telecom operators, repair/refurbished shops, POS systems, in-store sales, or franchising)
