Your role
You will join an international team of passionate people who build a state of the art edge AI product. We want everybody in the team to be working in the most efficient way, and having smooth operational processes and administration will allow us to realise that. You will enable us to accelerate growth and it will be your responsibility to smoothen our operational processes and make our administration always on point. As we grow, the volumes we’re handling are increasing. With quality being one of our core values, we want to apply this in our ordering, production & delivery processes as well.
What you’ll be doing :
- Operations : with value of stock & purchasing orders increasing, we want to be in full control here. You will be responsible for stock mgmt, purchasing orders & receiving goods. On top, you will help us to document & automate stock mgmt in our ERP system
- Manufacturing : our goal is to further automate the manufacturing process & streamline the collaboration with our production partner from an administrative point of view.
- Finance :
- Reporting : assist in setting up our ERP system so that we continue to build relevant financial insights (eg related to stock, bill of materials, etc…)
- Invoicing : our hard work should end up in an invoice. It will be your role to help preparing these.
This position will be half-time initially.
Requirements
- You have +2 years working experience
- Experience in operational & manufacturing processes in the electronics sector would give you a headstart.
- Experience with ERP systems (invoicing, stock, planning, ...). Bonus points for specific experience in Odoo
- You are a team player and always ready to help out.
- Can-do and work-till-it-works mentality. We’re growing fast, so we need flexible mindsets here.
- You have an eye for detail
