Roles & Responsibilities

The KPMG Customer, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation advisory is an emerging practice within KPMG Belgium. We help companies and organizations to future-proof the way they design and implement customer experiences, sales, marketing, and innovation approaches.

Our practice operates at the crossroads of experience design, sales and marketing operations, data management, and the use of marketing and sales technology.

We are looking for a consultant with at least 2 years of experience in working on customer experience projects. Practical skills should include market and client research, customer journey mapping, value proposition design, and project management experience.

What you will do?

  • Support in project delivery from start to finish
  • Support in creation of project deliverables, client meetings and workshop organization, and roll-out
  • Communicating in a timely manner on the progress, issues, and risks of the project
  • Taking ownership and delivering a high standard of own work.
  • Being able to onboard and support more junior staff members on an engagement

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a Management Consultancy firm in a similar role is a plus
  • Experience in multiple of the following fields:
  • Customer Experience Transformation and Program Management
  • Economics of CX and Return on Experience
  • Sales or Marketing Transformation & Automation and AI
  • Sales process mapping
  • Customer Interactions Orchestration
  • Digital Simplification & Strategy Building
  • Customer-centric Target Operating Model Design
  • Single View of the Customer, Customer Data Platforms, CRM, etc.
