All-round administrative assistant

What you contribute.

As an all-round administrative assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks.

Some examples:

• You will support the HR team in recruiting and selecting new employees, including drafting vacancies, managing application processes and scheduling interviews.
• You will assist in the management of the purchasing department by placing orders and tracking stocks
• You perform general administrative tasks for several departments, such as creating templates, maintaining records, answering emails and questions of our employees and suppliers, other.
• You assist in managing appointments and meetings for various departments.

What makes you stand out?

• You already have some experience in administration and recruitment.
• Your excellent communication skills in French and English (both oral and written) allow you to communicate smoothly with both customers, suppliers and colleagues on site or in other sites worldwide.
• Your strong organisational skills and eye for detail enable you to switch efficiently between different tasks. You think like a real entrepreneur in function of Technoform and your colleagues.
• Working independently and taking the initiative are no problem for you, but you always do this in function of the team. You are a team player.
• You are able to work fluently with office software and administrative tools.

• You live in Tournai or nearby.
