Introductie

You will work in the current Mainframe application team, responsible for the technical analysis, development, component testing and bug fixing of the CICS application. You will work on various projects out of the project portfolio.

Functie

  • You work in close cooperation with the application owner to realize the best possible solution within every different context
  • You interpret the functional and/or technical analysis you receive and translate it into qualitative development, adhering to the predefined guidelines in terms of quality, best practices, budget and scope
  • You develop software in Cobol V5 on IBM Z/OS mainframe
  • You understand the technical architecture and can re-use technical components
  • You document the software you have developed
  • You offer third-line support
  • You support the analysts and designers in converting functional specification into technical solutions and safeguard the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions.
