The RoleTesla is seeking a highly motivated and well organized Associate Logistics Analyst to join our growing supply chain team. In the Associate Logistics Analyst role, you will contribute to managing critical international finished vehicle shipments and port operations to support Tesla’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound, outbound and port operations according to a pre-defined plan.
- Supervision of day-to-day operations
- Work closely with logistics, service and other port stakeholders
- Resolve process issues and propose plan to avoid them in the future.
- Analyze data and provide reports to your colleagues and other departments.
- Work on other logistics and non-logistics related projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Basic Excel is a must
- Attention to detail and well organized
- Strong time management skills
- Communication skills (written and oral)
- Works well with deadlines
- Motivated to set and achieve goals and takes initiative
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge or experience of the automotive industry and/or port management is a plus
- The job combines of indoor and outdoor logistics activities
