Job content

1. PURPOSE:

Ensure the increase in process productivity, as well as the efficient use of labor, machinery (focus at the automation of the line), technology, raw material resources through the application of statistical tools for process control and continuous improvement.

2. RESPONSIBILITY:

a) Performs studies of time and movements of operations that require validation.

b) Track improvements in production processes.

c) Performs training in new operational processes for personnel.

d) Control of the use and application of documents or production procedures (SOPs).

e) Attend the SAP system in the department.

f) Monitor and follow the automation of the equipments of the coater line (hardware and software).

Profil

Education

  • Academic studies: University or Technical studies (Automation Engineering or similar)
  • Level required: Graduated

Experience / Knowledge

  • +2 years of experience in similar positions
  • Good knowledge of the sector and product
  • Basic knowledge of IATF, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D
  • User knowledge of Power BI, Sharepoint, SAP
  • Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Manufacturing (SMED, 5S)
  • MS Office intermediate
  • Fluent in english
  • Soft skills: strategic thinking, powerful habits, management and motivation of teams.
  • Knowledge in PLC, HMI, Servodrives and Servomotors. Development of Robotic Cells (ABB/Kuka or similar Robot’s Programmer). Following maintenance teams - (preventive, predictive and corrective) supporting the preparation of maintenance plans of coater line.
