Profile

  • Customer focus is key—you excel at making sure guests always leave with a smile.
  • You’ll be working in an international and social environment, and you get along well with both guests and colleagues.
  • You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You are flexible, detail-oriented, a hard worker, and highly value hospitality.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook. Other programs will be learned on the job.
  • Being flexible with hours and weekend shifts is expected in this hotel.
  • You already have your first experience working in a hotel and are looking for your next challenge.
  • Responsibilities
  • As a Backoffice Coordinator, you will oversee the reception, assisting in scheduling with colleagues and stepping in when needed.
  • You will also support and manage B2B and group reservations for the hotel. Business agreements and group bookings will be developed together with the General Manager.
  • Your role involves several administrative tasks, which you will manage efficiently.
  • You ensure smooth collaboration with external partners, including overseeing our external cleaning service and working closely with suppliers.

Schedule

You’ll work within a 38-hour system with a mostly fixed schedule, so you’ll know your shifts in advance. The expected start date isearlyAugust.
