Unit4 is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to help plan and implement our marketing and demand generation for the Benelux region.This role will covers many areas of marketing from developing and executing campaigns, developing content and collaborating globally with various team in order to generate leads, MQLs and opportunities.

We are looking for an individual who is analytical, very structured and organised, a multi-talented marketing professional who enjoys a broad variety of tasks. You need to work with sales and marketing teams across the organisation to succeed, so collaborative skills are a must. You will also be comfortable analysing data and be able to interpret ROI and KPI metrics to help report on marketing performance.

What you will do

• Assist and manage the coordination, development and execution of marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.

• Translate and review English content into Dutch such as blogs, ads, e-books, white papers, emails, landing pages and other assets.

• Work with the global marketing and creative teams on the creation of campaigns, including display advertising, emails and landing pages.

• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.

• Assist in the development of our organic social media, monitor search terms, rankings and analytics and make recommendations for improvement.

• Minimum 3 years marketing experience ideally in a B2B and SaaS software company.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of French is considered an asset and would be a valuable addition to the role.
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Strong data and analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively while managing multiple projects.
• Hands-on Marketo experience essential.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools highly desirable (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong project management skills, and experience of project management tools (preferably Asana).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
