Bereider LOC (nachtdienst)

voor onze locatie in Heist-op-den-Berg

Als bereider ben je in staat om het zelfstandig bereiden (inclusief bijhorende voorbereidingen) volgens vooropgestelde procedure, het recept en bereidingswijze met hoge kwaliteit en rendement. De werkomgeving van onze afdeling voldoet aan zeer specifieke vereisten waarmee ten alle tijde rekening gehouden dient te worden. Het is dan ook de verantwoordelijkheid van de bereider om deze regels te kennen en strikt na te leven.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Correct en efficiënt voorbereiden van materialen / bereiden van batches.

• Voorbereiden van alle te gebruiken materialen dwz zorgvuldig reinigen, assembleren, identificeren, controleren en verpakken volgens de geldende regels.

• Steriliseren van gereinigd materiaal met clean steam (autoklaven) volgende geldende regels (gevalideerde laadpatronen): inclusief interpreteren van grafieken / printouts / alarmen.

• Controleren van de aangevoerde grondstoffen op identiteit, gewicht en uitzicht.

• Je controleert pro-actief de beschikbaarheid van alle nodige materiaal en initiëert de nodige acties bij dreigende tekorten.

• Je voert voor de opstart van de installatie de nodige contoles uit ofdat de installatie technisch gebruiksklaar is.

• Correct en efficiënt bereiden van batches

• Controleren van alle te gebruiken materialen / materialen voor start batchbereiding op reinheid, droogheid, sterilisatiedatum en afwezigheid van vreemde bestandelen.

• Bereiden van batches conform recept en regels

• Het documenteren van alle activiteiten door nauwkeurig invullen van batchdocumenten en logboeken.

• Testen / opvolgen / interpreteren resultaten van product- en ventfilters

• Afdrukken/ controleren van rapporten volgens geldende regels

• Werken met PLC gestuurde systemen

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt een A2 diploma

• Ervaring met strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen

• Bij voorkeur ervaring met werken in de nachtdienst

• Bij voorkeur ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie of in een productie-omgeving.

• Vloeiend in Nederlands

• Nauwkeurig

• Probleemoplossend
